We want you to love your Femmora piece. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • Accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized or engraved rings

  • Worn, damaged, or altered items

Refunds:

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
